Abrenews New Delhi. A Delhi court refused to grant anticipatory bail to businessman Navneet Kalra in connection with the seizure of oxygen concentrators needed to treat Kovid-19 patients. These oxygen concentrators were recovered from several restaurants in the national capital, including 'Khan Chacha'. "The application is dismissed," Additional Sessions Judge Sandeep Garg said while ordering that the businessman moved the court earlier this week seeking bail in the case, fearing arrest.
During the recently killed raid, 524 oxygen concentrators were recovered from three restaurants in Kalra and it is suspected that he left Delhi with his family. Oxygen concentrators are important medical devices in the treatment of Kovid-19.
