State in-charge of BJP Kisan Morcha Sharma said- State Agriculture Minister and other Congress leaders are working to spread unnecessary confusion about the price of fertilizer

Aber news Raipur.  State in-charge of Bharatiya Janata Party Kisan Morcha Sandeep Sharma has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the eighth installment of Kisan Samman Nidhi, 26 lakh farmers of Chhattisgarh for 19 thousand crores in the account of nine and a half crore farmers of the country.  520 crores has been benefited by Rs.

State in-charge of BJP Kisan Morcha, Shri Sharma said that these days the Agriculture Minister of the state and other Congress leaders are working to spread unnecessary confusion about the price of fertilizers, whereas the truth is that 50 percent of the estimated requirement of fertilizer in the state  Storage has been done at the old rate.  There has been no increase in the price of urea, ashhad, except DAP, these will be available in the form of Rs 267 and Rs 375 per bag.  The price of potash in the year 2014 was Rs 945.  There has been a slight increase of 6 percent per sack.  As far as DAP is concerned, the farmers of the state will get half the DAP at the old rate and an estimated half of the DAP will have to be purchased only at the increased price.  The increase in the price due to which an additional burden of Rs 180 crore will be incurred is given by the Agriculture Minister of the state Ravindra Chaubey exaggerating 1000 crores, which is condemnable.

State in-charge of BJP Kisan Morcha, Mr. Sharma said that the additional burden of 180 crores that will come to the farmers of the state from the purchase of DAP fertilizer, will only be compensated by a portion of 520 crores received from the eighth installment of Kisan Samman Nidhi.  Also, two installments (Rs. 520-520 crore) of Kisan Samman Nidhi will be received in the current agricultural season, ie, a total of Rs. 1560 crore will be received by the farmers only from the Samman Nidhi.  Apart from this, a new support price for kharif crops will also be announced in June, due to which farmers will get an estimated Rs 720 crores extra in paddy.  In this way, due to the farmer friendly decision of the Central Government, the farmers of the state will get a direct benefit of Rs. 2280 crore in the upcoming Kharif session.  Shri Sharma said that the price of the antipyretic medicine nominogold has also decreased drastically as compared to 2014, farmers are also benefiting directly from it.

State in-charge of BJP Kisan Morcha Mr. Sharma has termed the alleged dharna of the Congress against the Central Government as a flop show.

Shri Sharma said that during the tenure (2005 to 2014) of the Congress Government at the Center, the prices of DAP fertilizer have never been less than the support price of paddy.  But since the BJP government came to the center, the support price of paddy has been more than the sack price for DAP for the last seven years, and even then, even after the increase in price, the support price of DAP is less than Rs. 1888, whereas the price of paddy is less than Rs. 1888.  The support price of paddy is expected to increase further in June.
